Collaborate on group projects with work colleagues and partners. Eliminates the need to email updated versions of a file to your group! Work together on documents or presentations with fellow students.  One set of files makes working together easier! Share photos and videos from an event with family and friends. Stay in touch--as soon as you add new photos, etc, collaborators are instantly notified!
Simply invite any email addresses to collaborate on folders and those users will see the same folder appear in their Box accounts. Every time a new file is added, each subscribed user will receive a notification either by email or in their Updates tab.  Try it today:  Start Collaborating Now
Document Versioning Now receive a complete version history for any file on Box (premium accounts only).  Just click the 'Version History' option on your file's option menu.  Extremely useful when collaborating! Document Viewing Online Now view PDF files, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint docs on Box without downloading!  Just right click your document and click 'Preview' or click the 'Preview' button on shared file pages.
